As part of the Company’s commitment to assist young students in their career development, MIDI’s HR and Administration Manager, Mario Micallef recently collaborated with the school principals of St Joseph School Blata l-Bajda to conduct a series of mock interviews for the fifth form students.
Given his proven human resources expertise, Mr Micallef gave each student tips on how to conduct oneself during the interview, the questions they need to prepare themselves for and how to adapt to the pressure of one of the most important meetings of their career. Mr Micallef also gave all students feedback on how to compile a comprehensive CV.
This is the third consecutive year that MIDI is collaborating with St Joseph School in preparing young students before they embark on their individual careers.
