As from Monday 20th March, MIDI plc is providing the public with pedestrian access to the Manoel Island foreshore. Permitted daily access is available between sunrise and sunset.
The company would like to inform the general public that visitors should, at all times, respect the various signage on site and to follow any instructions given by MIDI plc security personnel.
While MIDI plc would like for visitors to enjoy the Manoel Island foreshore, access into the island is strictly for that purpose only and at the visitor's own risk. MIDI plc is to be held harmless and fully indemnified against all and every liability and shall not be held liable for any accidents or incidents and/or damages of whatever nature caused therefrom.
