Architects and Project Managers

MIDI plc, currently entrusted in spearheading the revitalisation of Manoel Island and Tigné Point, is looking to recruit Architects and Project Managers to assist in the development of its upcoming phases. These phases include the construction of the prestigious residential low-rise residential clusters and external areas designed by Foster+Partners. Other phases will include the building of a new marina and breakwater, and other various engineering and enabling works.

For the role, the prospective team player would be expected to assist, manage and coordinate different phases of the project, from concept design to completion, liaise and review with various consultants, assist and represent the Employer in identifying priorities, conflicts, issues and opportunities. Assist in administering various contract of works, administer, organise and file all documentation, and assist in the production of any documentation required. Skillsets in project management is important.

The prospective candidate should ideally have the ability to use Microsoft Office suite, Autodesk Suite (mainly ACAD LT and/or Revit), Microsoft Projects and/or Oracle Primavera. A degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering, and/or experience or qualifications in Project Management will be considered an asset.

Site Managers

MIDI plc, currently entrusted in spearheading the revitalisation of Manoel Island and Tigné Point, is looking to recruit Site Managers to assist in the development of its upcoming phases. These phases include the construction of the prestigious residential low-rise residential clusters and external areas designed by Foster+Partners. Other phases will include the building of a new marina and breakwater, and other various engineering and enabling works.

For the role, the prospective team player would be expected to assist, manage and coordinate different phases of the project, have knowledge of contractual processes, liaise with consultants and contractors, document progress, represent the Employer in identifying priorities, conflicts, issues and opportunities. Skillsets in construction management is important.

The prospective candidate should ideally have the ability to use Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge in Autodesk Suite (mainly ACAD LT and/or Revit), Microsoft Projects and/or Oracle Primavera will be considered an asset. Experience and qualifications related to site management will also be considered favourably.
